At SunSalute we welcome to our Mysore classes practitioners of any style of yoga who can practice silently from memory, independently each day. In our classes in Swanbourne, our Teachers will offer adjustments, guidance and instruction on pranayama to your level of ability. Practitioners range from beginners, Ashtanga yoga 3rd series, Kripa sequence and sometimes a student will practise a Yin sequence or just sit if this is what’s required. Our main request is that you follow a similar sequence 4-5 days a week as the magic is in the repetition. You might also love the coffee you can grab from The Other Side Cafe after class as well.
